This May Shock You

.
You are the one who measures out the blessings of God in your life. There is no God in the sky who decides how much prosperity and abundance you are going to have, that's what Jesus meant when he said, "according to your faith, be it unto you." The goodness of God in your life is measured out by you, by your own faith, by your own mental readiness

The Lazy Man's Way To Get Rich With Multiple Sources Of Income

let me start by telling you my story, and how I discovered a secret that was destined to change my life forever. While being involved in the sales profession very early in my life, from selling a small newsletter called the daily bulletin, on the Grand Forks Air Force base in North Dakota as a teenager, to selling cars as an adult. As a person who was selling as a profession, I have made a great income over the years, but never became wealthy, why? The answer lies in Multiple Sources Of Income, let me explain, and I'll use the car business as an example, because this is really where the answer to my prayers came from and it grew out of necessity. Whoever coined the statement, “Necessity is the mother of invention” was so right. Working as a Toyota car salesman for a very aggressive car dealership that rewarded sales effort, they held sales meetings every Thursday at 8:00 AM without fail, they sent us to new product launches, encouraged us to take classes on becoming better car salesman, as I said they were one of the most sales orientated companies I ever worked for. During every sales meeting on Thursday, they would call your name in roll call announcing how many vehicles you had sold so far, for the month. This could be a very brutal process especially if you were having a bad month. You were required to sell at minimum 12 cars a month, and if you failed to do that for three consecutive month's in a row, you were written up and given a three day suspension. I am happy to say that I never received a three day suspension, and though I did alright, I never got wealthy either. The one thing I can tell you is that this was one of the most high pressure sales jobs I have ever had. One day while talking with another salesman we started talking about how this job doesn’t give you any future any security, you could have a great month one month, get your paycheck for the month and that was it. Many salesman constantly went from hero to zero You had to start all over the next month from scratch, no residual income no roll over money no nothing. While talking with a salesman named Larry, it got me to thinking that there had to be a better way, and while it took me a little time to discover it, I can tell you it was well worth the wait. While constantly being told by management to run things as though it was your own business, I read that if your so called business requires your presence on a full time basis, then it's not a business but rather a job. When you realize no matter where you are on the planet, there is only 24 hours in a day and assuming you are human, you can work for 20 hours, but you still have to sleep and eat. You are trading time for money, like a doctor, lawyer or airline pilot, you only earn money while your working, no work no money. For those hard working souls in the sales profession, help is on the way, read on and learn how you can make more money while your sleep versus what you earn while awake, if you've ever experienced too much month, at the end of the money, as the late Jim Rohn said, there is a solution and here's a hint, Jim also said that every child should have two bikes, one to ride and one to rent. Multiple sources of income is a lever that leads to great wealth, the great Physicist Archimedes said, “ give me a lever long enough and a place to stand and I will move the entire earth.” In essence what I am saying is that you need to get the idea in your mind to leverage yourself and use your time more effectively, because if your like most of us you have more time than money. You must find ways to bring in passive income, that is income, where in most cases, you do the work once and it continues to pay you residual income over time, like an actor. The reason I know this is because I had a small part on a Fox sitcom in 1996 and it is now 2012 and I'm still receiving checks from that work. In conclusion when you think about the statement work smart not hard, this is what the author of that statement meant, because by setting up multiple sources of passive income you are well on the road to wealth and prosperity.

Sell Yourself To Yourself

You Are What You Think You Are
•Each person working with us is important, else he wouldn’t be on the payroll.
•The way we think toward our jobs determines how our subordinates think toward their jobs.
1.Always show positive attitudes toward your job so that your subordinates will ‘pick up” right thinking.
2.As you approach your job each day, ask yourself, “Am I worthy in every respect of being imitated? Are all my habits such that I would be glad to see them in my subordinates?”
•Build your “sell-yourself-to-yourself” commercial and practice it out loud in private at least once ad day.
If your not sold on yourself, how do you expect to convince or sell anybody on your product or service. This is precisely why after all these years a company like Coca Cola continues to advertise and sell you on coke, because if they stopped you might forget or grow lukewarm to buying their product, and this would affect their bottom line.

Salesman Are Made Not Born

Are Salesman Made Or Born? That is the age old question. I've been in sales for over 30 years, and I can tell you that from my own personal experience, sales stars are made. Sales is a process, like accounting or cooking. You can have the raw ingredients for a cake, but without the process of making it, no cake. If you don't follow the process you will fail. You can be the most talented and energetic person in the group, but if you don't act on learned skills, you will fail. While a great salesman may be born with the raw talent, that talent must be nurtured, refined and aged by the experience of doing. Just like a fine wine or a priceless diamond, diamonds are made by time and pressure, no pressure no diamonds. This age old question as to whether salesman are made or born, is like the question, which came first, the chicken or the egg? There is a process for everything no one comes here so complete that they don't need to learn something about their chosen profession. From creation to maturity, from dust to industry, we must all travel from stage to stage, and that includes all so called born salesman. You see if there is such a thing, as a born salesman, they are diamonds in the rough and need to be polished.

Sell The Sizzle Not The Steak Buyer Beware

To "sell the sizzle not the steak," simply means to sell the benefits of your product not so much the features. It's fine to mention the feature's when trying to close the deal but link them always to the benefits. For instance a car salesman might say this car is equipped with anti-lock brakes, and the benefit is that when you are on a slick surface of highway like rain or ice, your brakes won't lock up and your more able to control the car, if you start to skid, versus a car without this feature. Now I have another explanation of selling the sizzle not the steak. How many of us have seen a movie trailer and it was so riveting that we had to see the movie, only to be dissapointed because the movie was a dud. We were sold the sizzle, and the steak was not fit for human consumption. Be careful of the pomp and glitter, and pay more attention to what's behind it.

What Is Selling?

Selling is the lifeblood of any business, It's the only thing you do in business, that provides income. Money from sales pays the rent, buys the materials, pays the salaries of your employees and provides profits you need to keep alive. In fact, everything else you do in business is paid for with the money you make from sales. Since selling is so important to you and your business, let's begin by finding out what selling is. In a lifetime, an average family spends about a half a million dollars. Every penny of this calls for a buying decision. Selling is nothing more or less than helping people make these buying decisions wisely. It not only benefits you, it benefits the customer as well. And of course, it benefits the economy as a whole. Selling, helping people buy, has given the people of the United States and other free nations the highest standard of living in the history of the world. You can truly say that when you sell, you are helping your customers to a better way of life, in one way or another. Is this difficult to do? Not really, all you have to do is 1. Talk to People 2. Find out what they need 3. Show them how you can satisfy their need 4. Help them make the decision A lot of garbage has been written about the “secrets” of making sales, but if you do these four things thoroughly, you won't need any secrets; You'll make more money, more good friends and enjoy yourself in the process.
